DO NOT ENGAGE WITH JODIE FROM QLD LAWYERS Extremely amateur level of service!!
Not only did Jodie miscalculate our final settlement by $7500!! The wrong purchase address was stated on the contract of sale…twice….Misdated the contract and requested the same information multiple times. Then handed our file over to a colleague who then requested the same information again. They only had our documents finalised for our contract the day before our settlement date and did not communicate with our bank lender at all. QLD LAWYERS did NOT make the purchase easy or stress free
Luckily we had the extra $7500 in the bank otherwise our settlement would have voided!!
The fact that they still get paid for less than adequate service is not right on us as clients
They should somehow be held accountable for charging exuberant fees and providing incorrect failed services!
