Without doubt, in my 30+ years of dealing with the legal profession in commercial property and litigation matters, Michael is by far and away, the best I've encountered.

Most recently, I required a new lease with a difficult tenant of 10 years. The tenant's solicitor was unnecessarily complicating and delaying the process to such an extent the tenant decided to cease using him.

Michael patiently explained the lease to the tenant and the lease was finally executed within 2 days.

Not only is Michael a very capable and professional lawyer, his fees are the most competitive I've encountered - approximately 1/3rd of some others who quoted for the lease.

Highly recommend Michael he is amazing hands down the best lawyer in over 26 years of running a business. He handled a litigation matter and identified weakness in my business infrastructure. He took the time to completely understand my business and how it operates. Restructured all my customer booking forms, invoicing and terms and conditions to protect my business. The whole process was efficient and thorough an absolute pleasure to work with him. When it was time to sell the business again Michael was efficient and extremely helpful negotiating with the overseas buyer answering emails late into the night to get the deal done.
