The staff are just as nice and friendly as you could wish for. They don't mind at all if you're asking one, or a million questions or confused and needing assistance to navigate the pitfalls in wages surrounding Covid19. They're solution oriented! And get you back on the road in more ways than you may have anticipated. They're good people, and they'll have your best interest at heart.

I would like to thank you for one of the worst experiences of my life when I attended one of your stores in Riverlink Ipswich last Friday 16th December.

I am appalled that I would need to provide you with a statutory declaration to state that my father had passed away and had no will, when I provided you with all your pointless other paperwork and a notarized death certificate + a certified power of authority document.

The insurance policies that my father had were solely in his name, and all I wanted to know was what policies he had and the information pertaining to these policies, as I could not find any details in paperwork or emails. All I could see was money coming out of my mother's account who is now a single aged pensioner.

Because of your criminal underwriter demanding the beforementioned document, it has now come down to the point where I had to contact my parents bank and stop the direct debit of his policies, instead of you just telling me what I wanted to know. The policies were taken out in 1 name and as I already produced the death certificate there was no reason for you to not divulge the information to me.

Your company caused me undue stress and anxiety. Because of this fact, and my subsequent cancellation of the direct debit (you were basically stealing money from a dead person and from my single aged pensioner mother) I have renewed the policies with another company so will no longer be in need of your services.

At the end of my experience the person who I was talking to asked if I would like a quote on insuring the products, she wouldn’t talk to me about for my mother. Seriously

I also have a policy with you and rest assured when it comes for renewal next year, I will be moving to another company also.

If I could give you and your insensitive underwriter zero stars I would.

Pays not to belong to this club. They are only in it for the money and they don’t care about their members. I was discriminated against by the Springfield Orion branch in 2021 and it turned out they were in the wrong with what they did to me. Until the day RACQ tells me what the outcome was and give me something for it I’ll continue to write back reviews on every single branch out there. Andrea is a horrible person for what she did to me
