I accidentally telephoned the wrong branch without realising until after the most disgraceful conversation I had with a Karen named Gin/Jin or whatever.

Please allow her to have access to any training resources to help develop a better attitude towards potential clients. Thank GOODNESS, this wasn’t the Raine & Horne I was looking for. I feel sorry for whoever encounters that lady — the tone she had from the moment she picked up my call was dismissive and unfriendly.

I’m not the one to write reviews but this just shows how disappointed I am with my 2mins experience.

On Rental properties stay away!!! they give no information on tenants. Never follow up on requests for maintenance. No pictures of properties at inspections. Moved to a more proactive property management and found out doors were replaced and not painted curtains went missing damage to walls ect. As no info was given or pictures taken of this we are out of pocket. Don't trust them they take you money but do nothing to earn in. Much better property Management in roxby than them!!!!!
