Very humiliating, bitter and unprofessional experience at the hands of a so-called solicitor Naina Pala. She is poor with communication, pathetic with basic manners, horrible with social etiquettes, lacking in being respectful, and full of arrogance. She chooses her clients to show her arrogance, and belittles them by very demeaning way of conversations. Went to them on my financier's recommendation but regret my decision terribly. Somehow finished the purchase of a house, which luckily went quickly thanks to our banker and the real estate agent, and their solicitor.
Went all the way from The Gold Coast to Brisbane to waste our money on their useless service, and get totally callous treatment from them.
Look for a lawyer around you. You will get many and much better.

Good for small legal matters only, even that service too is questionable. They have a reactive approach rather than proactive. You'll end up chasing them just to find out what's going on with your case and the advice they give you is standard legal BS you can find on google. Might as well consult chatgpt or hire some university law student and save yourself some money.
