I have received correspondence from this firm advising they are representing a client, demanding documents only to be advised subsequently that they were not actually representing the client.

This appears to be a breach of the solicitors conduct rules.

The same solicitor has cc'ed unrelated parties to a matter breaching the the parties rights.

I have used Ravi James Lawyers for a few times over the years. Very kind, compassionate and hard working team. For the last conveyancing assignment, even though the negotiations didn't get through as the vendor didn't accept our offer - it was great to have these guys on our side. Lucky to have found them ( a long time ago, 15 years) through a friend and everyone I spoke to was very helpful whether it be Ravi, Aruran, Madusha and many other names I can't remember. This review is coming after a long time in the making 🙂

Settlement was really bad. No communication between myself and the lawyer in charge, who didn't even tell me she wouldn't be present for the settlement and she palmed it off to a junior. They had not requested the appropriate documents in a timely manner and I had to call the Body Corporate to get them to release the body corporate statement. Go elsewhere for property settlements.

No experience of immigration side. Outdated knowledge. Time wasters. Wasted my 3 weeks to apply for a direct pr. Deposited the money required for the procedure. But then told me after 3 weeks that it was not possible to apply because the computer will not allow them to go forward and deducted 550 dollars for their unsuccessful attempt and their poor knowledge.
