In the tough world of the rental market, Ray White Morriset brings courtesy, prompt communication and consideration to the transactional table. Many agents take an adversarial position with tenants, but the RWM leasing team is a group apart from, and above the rest. Professional and also personable, knowledgeable about the law and also emotionally intelligent in dealing with tenants, they are responsible and responsive. Over 16 years my tenancy has been managed by a succession of RWM managers. It speaks to the cemented-in culture of this office that the people may change, but the service does not.
