Rebecca handled our conveyance of our property in Sydney. Our property search lasted quite a long time and her contract reviews were very thorough. Most of the places we looked at were old terraces, and there were pretty significant complexities with the titles and contracts, which Bec researched and explained to us.
She was very responsive and was great at negotiating with the vendors' solicitors, and was able to make sure that we had adequate protections when negotiating with the solicitors.
Our settlement went very smoothly because of Bec’s efforts to ensure everything was in order leading up to the settlement date.

When we found a property to purchase we used RCW Law to handle the process.
Rebecca did an amazing job and was very thorough with every detail and even went above and beyond. She kept us in the loop with every step of the process and even offered to email certain parties on our behalf just so we would have a smooth transaction.
