Horrible! Just Stay Away from Them.

I had them manage my property, upon settlement they sent many emails with too many repairs, obviously because they earn from it.
When I questioned, they said you did not mention the issues on building report, which everyone knows lights and air-condition is not ever checked by a building and inspection specialist for pre purchase checking. So, they assume you are stupid!! Do you want that?

I asked a manager to call me, no one called.

Long story short, I ended up dealing with fair trading and possibly court, and waste of time finding another property manager.
