I regret to share that my experience with Red Door Conveyancing did not meet my expectations. They were initially engaged to represent my interests in a property transaction. However, I felt that their approach often aligned more with the opposing sides, and I did not receive the level of independent support or guidance I anticipated. As a result, I felt somewhat pressured and unsupported during the process.

Thankfully, I was able to secure legal assistance from another firm, who provided invaluable support in addressing several issues related to misrepresentations and undue influence during the transaction. With their help, I was able to recover all my deposits that I had paid for the signed contracts.

I would not recommend their service to anyone based on my experience.

Returning customer seeking assistance with property transfers. Had an initial call with JM. I called back a week later as we had been told he needed to check into something. When I call him he didn’t even remember me, so we started again. He then told me he would check into the same thing.

Again, no call back, no info, no pricing. I emailed him to prompt him, and again no reply.

We used them in the past and they were good and even identified an overpayment for land tax so I’ll leave a 2 star but this time was certainly a 1 star experience.
