The service fees charged were among the higher range (I enquired about a few others, and hers was the highest among them, at about 20% higher than the others, which were $880 and $990). I would have expected better service quality, but to my surprise, my experience with Mrs. Jennifer was very unpleasant.

I don't think the conveyancer treated client with respect. When I asked Mrs. Jennifer to reschedule a settlement due to some financial reasons, and inquired if the date was still changeable, she became very impatient and started criticizing me. If it wasn't rude or arrogant, it was at least lacking in respect and care for the customer, or a willingness to truly listen and help solve problems.

I would not recommend her services and will definitely avoid them in the future.
