I am very happy with the service, Very cheap and efficient. Before going to their place, I researched some Notary service for a single copy of a document to be notarised, I emailed them a copy of the document and my contact details, when they contacted me, they were charging me a whooping $500, telling me there’s a lot of paperworks to be done, what a rip off!
The next day I walked into the Red Seal Notary, with the same document. Walked in 830 am, Michael came out of his office to meet us 2 minutes later, let us in his office, worked on the document and we are done in no time. And the price we paid is 900% cheaper from what was quoted us from the other practice.
Red Seal Notary is very much recommended!

What a rip off.

Was asked to come in without appointment as it's walk in only. Was told Michael Twemlow is out running some errands and will be back soon. Anyway waited for about 60 minutes, then Michael comes and basically witnesses two of us sign the same paper two times and charges us $300. 2 min job - $300. Way to go Michael - day light robbery. Maybe you can just create your own Mafia organization. And more so his attitude was not the most pleasant - he doubted me when I said I had two copies of the same document.

There is a reason why Justice of peace is free in Australia. And people like Michael will keep on robbing people because rest of the world still want notaries.

Fine for Notary Service, but if you're trying to get an Apostille Certificate you will have to pay a ridiculous price to deal with the most unprofessional, aggressive, rude individual. Go directly to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to save yourself a ton of grief and pay a fraction of the cost.

It's the worst service I have ever seen in my life. He did not do the notarization probably, failed to issue a notaries certificate and charged very expensively. I have to ask another notary to do the work who was able to do the proper work and issue the certificate while the cost is 30% less. Suggest everyone stay away from him. Very poor service.

Avoid at all cost! Rude, slow, you will forever be on the phone chasing up your documents and no one will know what’s going on. Michael is never there and even when you get hold of him is rude and unhelpful. I have been chasing them for almost two weeks now and believe they actually lost my paperwork and won’t admit it. It’s an original document too. Stay away from this company!

only if allow to rate no star, service was bad, charged hundreds but wouldn't state VERIFY. if you don't think you should verify the certificate, maybe don't charge as much as produce the USELESS PAPER FOR THAT MUCH OF MONEY?!
RUDE, horrible services! suggest to contact any other notaries with good rating on Google.

Very unfriendly person. If you have any questions he is the wrong guy. Told us, it is not his problem, we were to figure it out. Did not get a receipt for my cash payment. Only giving one star because you cannot give zero.
