I went in the clinic very late in the evening , almost closing time. To check with the receptionist is my high blood pressure blood test results out yet. Skye the receptionist she is so helpful, friendly and patient with me. She immediately rang the clinical Australia pathology to checked what happened to my blood test results. Very disappointed they lost my blood test, this is the 2nd time. I’m very greatful to Skye for helping me out at late hours. Many other receptionist would have gone impatient and hurry home. I can tell Skye have a great passion in her job. I give her a 7 stars. Very good service that rare to find.

Been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment just for script renewal, have had to wait more 30 minutes before they answer the phone even though being told ring right on 8.30am. So I ask just how hard is to request a renewal of a script it should be able to print one off so that you could pick it up at the desk (this used to available with previous medical centres as long as you were an established patient) you still pay your consulting fee.
Tried the online booking service and all you get once you enter your booking code is 'SORRY SOMETHING SEEMS TO HAVE GONE WRONG
Time to change Doctors I think.
You can accept this once or twice but repeatedly when you rely on your medication.
I actually started trying 2 weeks prior to me running out of my medication so it wasn't a last minute thing.

I was charged for a service that I didn’t get. The receptionist booked me in and she was not even aware they do not provide that service on that day. Felt ripped off.

We are patients Dr Kershaw generally through Charlestown Square Medical Centre where we see her as a face to face consultation and we also can phone consultations with her from the Redhead Medical Centre ,

She is definitely one of the most beautiful caring and professional and friendly and helpful doctors we could ever have found we come to her when we required a female doctor back in 2018 and she does absolutely everything she can to help her patients,

I see her whenever I need a lady doctor and can’t get into see my gynaecologist at the JHH or my regular doctor who is a man
Who works with Dr Kershaw at Charlestown if he is away on holidays or off sick and I need someone like I did on Thursday afternoon last week I try to see Dr Kershaw and they’re both absolutely amazing doctors and the practice is the best I wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore,

I found some of the staff members
( names not known ) and of course the beautiful Receptionist Skye to very helpful and polite and friendly on the phone whenever call redhead Medical Centre ,

I highly recommend both this surgery and CSMC .

i was refused a covid vaccine today after making a booking online and receiving an email confirmation. apparently you can't make an online booking. someone needs to tell their online booking system this.
