As a customer, I would advise staying away. We were contracted by this company to perform restumping work, and due to unforeseen circumstances, there were variations required because of existing structural issues. These issues were identified based on recommendations from both the structural engineer and the registered building surveyor.

Despite these necessary changes, one of the directors left us a negative Google review after we decided not to refund the deposit. In fact, we are owed money, but out of goodwill, we waived what was due. Additionally, they informed us that they had engaged another individual to complete the works without obtaining the appropriate building permit.

This situation was outside our control. We provided recommendations on what could be done, but we are not a business that operates based solely on customer budget or directions. Our priority is to ensure that we follow the necessary standards to maintain safety and quality. Adam and Jeremy believe they acted in the best interest of the project and the structural integrity of the property.
