Our first counsellor was awesome, sadly she left and we were booked in with another counsellor. From the very first contact this counsellor had an issue with me, which both my partner and I noticed straight away. I called for couples counselling as we needed to learn better conversation skills yet the counsellor pretty much made me out to be the problem. She did not help at all, she made things so uncomfortable that what was really happening was not brought up nor dealt with. Having only 1 person that can see clients after hours is not helpful either. Sadly the quality of care has diminished significantly at Relationships Australia Traralgon
