A subscriber for over thirty years I have been disappointed in quality after being sold to a big company. Outdated sports and news items, poor delivery. E-edition is more profitable for company so subscribers must suffer. Big business ripoff.

Haven't received my paper for the last 2 weekends and the week before that on a Saturday. Now today also didn't receive a paper. Called the circulation number talked to 2 people at different times said they would let the circulation department know but nothing has changed but last week money was taken out of my account. Stop outsourcing your phone calls and hire people locally to take the calls.

I WANT MY PAPER EVERYDAY. I PAY FOR IT. BUT IF I FORGET TO PAY IT U WILL CANCEL IT. THEN LAST WEEK I GET A PAPER FROM THE WEEK BEFORE. IF IT RAINS IT GETS WET. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE BAGS. I PAY FOR 5 DAYS I WANT FIVE DAYS NOT WET OR ONE FROM A COUPLE DAYS AGO. I DONT WANT TO BE CREDIT I WANT MY PAPER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IT IS BUT U NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ASAP. SO IM HOPPING THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF .TODAY IS MARCH 21 2024 I DIDNT GET MY PAPER.

I gave it a one star because of the delivery drivers they hire. On 915/22 my mother was driving my kids to school and one of their drivers was behind her erratic and with no regards to stop signs or traffic lights. Guess he was mad that she was driving a bit too slow for him and that she had two other cars in front of her so she couldn't drive any faster than she was. When she went to make a turn , he came around her, rolled down his window and started flipping her out and yelling at her saying she was stupid which made my kids angry at this immature person that obviously should not be behind the wheel of a car at any time.
