My case was handled poorly since Ben Freeman left the company mid last year. They want to give a counter offer my ex's ridiculous claim of $132,000. We only lived 4 months together and she hasn't contributed Nothing to the marriage nor we had a child. And one year period lapsed after the divorce. So instead of pressing the ex's lawyers, these people want to give a counter offer of nearly 60k.

I took a second opinion from a Barister who has 20+ experience handling property settlement cases. He said I have nothing worried about, the ball is on ex's court. Let her try to get leave granted from the court since 1 year lapsed from the divorce been granted. And it will be extremely difficult to get the leave granted because she's doing 3 casual jobs and earning a enough money to live. It cost only $1500 to get this valuable advice with other important facts about what if , she actually goes to courts.

I paid around 19k dollars to this institution and it ended no where.
Don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews here. Most of them are for Mr. Ben Freeman who is in fact was a very good lawyer and a person. Since He left the company last year July , I don't think I can recommend this company to anyone. Sorry to say.
