Richard is caring & thorough in his assessment & plan execution! He helped me finalize my divorce & i will use him for future needs in making estate/will paperwork. His assistant Chaz was excellent to speak with as well!

Do not use! I attempted to use but had a bad gut feeling and left office very confused and not confident that I was going to be represented to the best of his ability after 1st meeting so I canceled representation. I never signed contract or even filled out online info form! They charged me $640 saying this was justified for the amount of work they did! He did nothing!!!! I cancelled the same evening and nothing was even done! And the secretary even said she was telling him to fully refund me. What a joke. Complete abuse of power…I felt very belittled and he spoke to me very condescending and as if I was stupid the whole meeting. I strongly do not recommend. They took advantage of me at a very low point in my life!!!

A complete waste of time and money. They did absolutely nothing to protect me and stop my ex from trying to make my life a living hell. I’ve sent them videos of my ex attacking me and constantly threatening me and he just made it sound like there isn’t anything they can do.
My final straw was the last time we met and I told him how my ex came to my house and took the mower so I couldn’t mow the grass. And It’s almost an acre of land so it’s not like I could just go out and buy a push mower to mow it. I would’ve had you go and spend thousands of dollars on another mower, but regardless she shouldn’t be allowed to just show up and start taking things of mine because she is pissed off about something. So his response to her taking the mower was to just not cut my grass and let it grow. He literally told me just don’t cut the grass. He didn’t realize the town would eventually come after me or fine me for not cutting my lawn. I was expecting a response more like she can’t just randomly start showing up and taking things that belong to you or taking things to make your life harder that’s uncalled for, but he just said don’t cut the grass.
I should’ve known when during the first mediation they screwed up some of the wording so the order got denied by the judge and instead of fixing it and having everybody resign it, they just did nothing so there was no kind of rules set in place and she was just able to do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted to do it. She was able to come in the house unannounced and take random things of mine and they did nothing to stop so it happened multiple times a month that she would show up when I left and just go thru the house taking whatever she wanted.
I was trying to just live a normal life while this process was going on and they made it to where I couldn’t just live peacefully and have some peace of mind. Imagine never knowing when your ex could show up and just start randomly taking things or coming in the house whenever they wanted to, It’s a pretty stressful way to live and nobody should have to deal with that type of behavior while a divorce is going on.
