From the beginning Nikki put the smallest amount of effort into my case. I sent so many emails of evidence and with orders getting broken 20+ times and not once did she do anything about it all. Only when she was on holidays did another solicitor do something about the mental abuse inflicted upon my son that i recorded on my phone. I received delivery reports from the emails but Nikki said she never got any and they have not been receiving emails from myself and other clients for the time i was their client. But the many times i sent an email while i was in the office when they wanted something, the emails always got delivered and acknowledged by the receptionist. Even when I sent an email weeks ago about an attempted stabbing while my son was a witness and reinacted the event, the email was ignored until when it was to late to do anything about it and said to the mediator that it was the first time she had herd about it and everyone ignored it. The other party is a very good lier but still tripped up a few times in court and Nikki still didn't point out the lies and deception. No one ever looked into my evidence as Nikki ignored everything I said and all factual evidence I provided of mental and physical abuse. Even when I said I wanted a DNA test done for another child as I think bubs sister is my child, Nikki ignored that and now I will never know as the other party refuses to let me pay for it and get one done.
Nikki's own words while waiting for the mediator was" I don't give a shit about you or your son". I guess money is more important than the safety of a child or factual evidence. The abuse towards my toddler, and broken orders have already started again since the new order began in September, and my toddler and I have the lawyer to thank for that. I know things would have worked out differently if anyone had taken time to read all the evidence I supplied.
