Charged me $2000 and I paid xxx amount for her to take the case, gave me less than a month to pay the rest which wasn’t stated in the original contract. The secretary found out their mistake but I still didn’t have ample time to gather funds because of a hardship . She was excused from the case by request. 3 months into the case she didn’t even file a motion of discovery.

Mr. Riddick was in charge of the estate planning for my elderly mother. She passed 3 weeks ago and after leaving multiple messages - he has yet to return our phone calls. Today we met with a reputable attorney who specializes in estate planning and quickly learned just how poorly she was advised thus leaving us with a probate nightmare. I would not be leaving this review had someone had the courtesy to at least return our phone calls.

If I could give Attorney Riddick zero stars I would. This man should be barred from practicing Law. I asked him about creating a Family Trust and he stated that he doesn't do Trusts and then proceeded to ask me why would I want to create a Trust. When I tried to explain it to him he constantly interrupted me. Then hung up on me and father.. Horrible person...
