It's shameful and unprofessional of their senior partners to threaten you with a cease and desist of you have concerns or are unhappy with the representation they provide !!Marcus Schivo does not listen to instruction , with his main goal to get as much out of me while doing as little as possible.BE DILIGENT about checking the accuracy of their invoices too or you will be overcharged

My family were directed to Rigby Cooke by a friend. We have found that they were very professional in dealing with a complex estate issue. Over many months (not due to Rigby Cooke) we have finally reached a position where the estate can now move forward.
We would recommend Rigby Cooke as their professionalism is first class. They were always mindful of keeping costs down as much as possible and providing advise to a very complex estate issue.

I found the Rigby Cooke team to be exceptional lawyers for assisting me with a planning matter involving my local council. Had the worst experience here with Mr Kelly. Management will not listen when I complained his conduct. He mislead me and didn't follow my instructions when acted for me. Simply took my money and not getting anything done for me.

Dont deposit any money always postpay if you want to engage them .
