Worker was extremely rude. Went in looking for an engagement ring. Worker called my inspiration photos ugly and tired and said I would get what I wanted for my budget. Kept telling me that all my decisions were incorrect and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. Also did not offer to have me try on any different styles. Said I wouldn’t get what I wanted with the budget I had. Well you were wrong.
Definitely go elsewhere!

I purchased an engagement ring from RJ Pearce 3 years ago and today returned to rectify a loose stone. For context, the initial purchase involved finding a jeweller who filled me with confidence with being capable of making a custom ring that would have great longevity. Robert was a great salesman and convinced me that his workmanship was second to none - backed by his besotted wife. The stone is loose and Robert's reaction was to blame misuse as cause of effect. My wife is very careful with her rings and the blatant blame and deflection was followed by cost to repair. Robert has always displayed severe arrogance which is never acceptable but forgivable if he has the workmanship to go with. Given the outcome, I'd steer clear of this store unless you want to be bullied into buying substandard jewellery from Robert & Julie. For a business who suggests hardship through the recent pandemic, this is no way to treat your local customers. Will not be returning and will not be sending anyone in your direction. Work on your customer service and drop the arrogance, or retire if you're feeling too old and grumpy.

Absolutely love my wedding ring set, each was designed perfectly and better than what I ever could have hoped for. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the diamonds exquisite. I always get comments on them whenever I go out, I'll definitely be returning for my next ring!
