Recent events have revealed disturbing exploitation of vulnerable clients, particularly an 80-year-old woman struggling with emotional distress and the challenges of COVID lockdowns.

Robert Wood, under the guise of professionalism, shamelessly took advantage of this elderly woman's fragile state, coercing her into paying an exorbitant $25,000 upfront for services. Exploiting her lack of tech proficiency, communication details were obscured, leading to significant information loss and confusion.

Adding insult to injury, Wood demanded an additional $13,000 for undisclosed work, dragging his client into court proceedings, compounding her distress.

This despicable conduct reflects a gross disregard for ethics and the well-being of clients. Such exploitation not only tarnishes the legal profession but also leaves vulnerable individuals like this elderly woman in dire situations.
