Appalling experience - "very nice" doesn't equal strategic, insightful or even essential legal support at critical moments. I was allowed to be put in front of an evidently biased family psychologist and then have to spend the rest of the case fighting their report, I had to continuously push to assert ourselves over the other party or to think strategically, I was left with completely unworkable Orders despite being told 'they'll be fine' and that I should accept them because "your child support will increase" (which it didn't as a result of the wording of the Orders), and I was asked to pay for work by a barrister, for a day the barrister didn't even turn up, leaving me completely in the lurch. No accountability, no strategy and no negotiation skills, unless it related to payment of their bills.
