Never seen so unprofessional and poorly skills stuff there. I believe it comes from management. Paying strata fee over 6000. I am keeping my responsibilities and paying on time. Always follow strata rules and follow laws as an owner of the unit. however I do not see same from this Robinson strata management people. It is always hard to get answers on my questions from them, even If I get one it is not relevant! My 10 year old kid can respond better on my e-mails. Recently receive message "You are no longer Financial as you have an outstanding amount due" Why now I have to spend time and prove that I made payment? Also never received any confirmations from my payments. I am not surprised that you are loosing more and more customers. Good luck in your business!

Our building switched to Robinson late last year and I’ve been mostly disappointed.

They cannot answer basic questions on our accounts and seem to think they only need to answer to the committee. They lack any sense of customer service or accountability to other owners.

The most recent example is I followed up on a repair on 13 June 2024 and have been ignored since. The repair still hasn’t been completed, which is why I’ve decided to go public with my feedback in the hope of generating some action.

Happy to delete this review if the feedback is actioned and consistent improvement is demonstrated.

All things (and challenges) considered, great Strata service. Obviously depends a lot on the individual Strata manager. And you can utilise the ressources of the PICA group.

We've been with a few other strata management companies over the years, the last couple with poor service, one with even disastrous results. Robinson have been good in all aspects and we have a great manager Andrew who keeps on top of everything. Highly recommend Robinson Strata Management team!

Would not recommend. Kristina Hopkins has been out senior strata managing agent for our complex. She has been painful to work with to say the least. Straight up rudely interrupting and not allowing time for many residents to ask relevant and important questions in meetings with project managers. Rude and blunt emails replies to owners requesting information. Upon calling to speak with her at the office we have found that office staff agree she is known for this and is not received well by many and has had other complaints made against her.

Our Strata Manager Beth Eady is excellent. When Beth was on maternity leave Robinson's had another excellent representative take over her duties. Our experience has been very positive with Robinsons as strata manager over a decade.

Our apartment block is managed by Lena Waite at Robinson Strata. The service to the Strata Committee has been outstanding. Every issue small or difficult, complex or routine has been acted on and resolved promptly and professionally. I’ve found response time to every issue very fast and thorough. Lena is a delight to deal with. Thank you for great service.
