Lauren Delaney is hands down the best property manger/rental agent I know and I've come across a lot in my 13-14 years of renting the same place. Literally always helpful. Always approachable in regards to anything that comes up with the property. Kind human, respectful, good value. 10/10 for professionalism, punctuality and good attitude. Andre has managed our newly built investment property in Springfield, Queensland, for the last couple of years. His service has been outstanding!

His attention to detail, promptness and politeness have given us confidence that everything is being handled well. He handled our warranty period for the new build, including liaising with the builder to get small warranty repairs fixed. He also performed multiple inspections, providing us with super detailed photos (the property is too far for us to visit in person) and handling follow ups. He kept the tenants happy including negotiating lease renewals and delicately sounding out the tenants about rent increases.
