The young fella was very nice, he wasn't sure how to get the ticket we wanted and asked the girl in charge. She was just rude and bloody arrogant, rolled her eyes when my partner joked about maybe winning the $50 million and wouldnt give our free scratchie that every other news agent gives when you buy what we buy, will never spend our money there again, need to learn how treat your customers

Thurs 13-5-21 asked for my favourite Sat Lotto & a slikpik 18, the middle aged woman behind the counter serving me asked if I wanted a Powerball as well, I said no, just my sat favourite & a slikpik 18 for sat, night, she said 'just checking', when I got home discovered she had given me the Powerball instead of the sat slikpik 18, she doesn't know how to work the lotto machine, I'll be complaining to the boss.
