Very pleasant, friendly service. Upon the butcher's recommendation, I purchased a piece of wagu rump. Took the steak out of the fridge two hours prior to cooking. As it was sliced thinner than I would have preferred, I cooked in on a preheated hotplate grill for 3 minutes on one side, turned it and cooked the second side for 2 minutes. Removed it from the BBQ, placed it on a rack, covered with vented foil. Let it sit for 5 minutes. As a retired chef, I could not have done more to produce a decent steak. It was so tough, it simply inedible. Very disappointing.

Thanks for the previous reviews, after reading, we decided to call in a pick up some meat before we headed west. Meat was lovely, best bacon, loved the flavoured sausages, chops and rissoles. Will be back next time we are in the area.
