I am waiting for my case to be completed, it has been nearly 3 months which they told me it would just be 3-4 weeks at the beginning. Phone also disconnected after I made the payment for the service 🙁 what can I do?

非常不推荐Rose Consult。
需要办理公证手续所以找了他们做，据说比较可靠，一开始说是4周左右能够下来，然后我就直接付了钱和完成后的文件寄回中国的邮寄费用，后来8周了还是没有音信，联系了他们就说还要再等等，然后一等就又是四周，最后花费了三个多月才被告知去取文件，非常能拖，然后也反悔不给寄回国内，说是要把运费退给我，但是一直拖欠着，最后在微信上提醒了十几次，也没有落实这件事情，一开始还打太极拳找借口，后来就干脆不回复了
所以这点钱换个评价一星，我觉得你们也不亏。

真不知道这样的公司怎么还可以生存下去？4月份找到他们办理委托书，本来说是一个多月可以弄好，现在已经7月了，还没有任何结果。最可笑的是，做不好就只能逃避解决。打电话电话直接进入Voice Mail，微信联系经常很多天不回，回了也是说让等。上周问说这周三给答复，结果到了现在周五也没有一个人回复一个字！！！真的是非常气愤，如果做不好，可以不做，没必要一直拖延时间！
