I'm another victim of Jay Rose Legal, I wish I had checked the reviews first because I've had the exact same experience so so many others have had. She's rude, belligerent, She's an absolute bully and she will not listen to an opinion. From the very beginning it felt like she was not on my side and didn't believe me and she made that known. After threatening to call legal aid and withdraw as a bully tactic ol, I told her she is disgusting and walked out of office,
BEWARE please she can cause a lot of damge

I assume Jay Rose only became a lawyer for the money as she does NOT care about her clients. We went in to get some advise & it was $330.00 straight up. She treated us like she was the judge, jury & executioner. If I could give a -5 star rating I would. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone using Rosegold Legal.

I have been using Rose gold lawyers since they came to Yarraman and I can say there is only positive thoughts about the help they have given me in a family custody dispute, Jay has been there through thick and thin always provided professional service and help THANKS YOU ALL AT ROSE GOLD LEGAL

Absolutely Disgusting, Avoid at all costs, borderline if not malpractice of law. Just inhumane. If you're after people who do not care for your legal circumstances this is the place for you. That said, if you do care about your circumstances. Get advice and assistance elsewhere. These individuals will lie, cheat and steal and also even laugh at you ? Apparently asking them to protect your best interest and health is immoral for them.

Definitely would not recommend them. Jay reckoned to answer a question of mine I would have to fill in about 10 pages of forms first. It was a question about something she said to me. She then went on to say it was legal advise, which it wasn't. I've seen a pretty bad review about that firm and she just confirmed those reviews. I called another law firm in Caboolture and they were more than happy to answere my question. I would not recommend Rosegold legal one bit. Jay just fobbed me off twice. Not happy at all. After leaving this review, Jay is nothing short of a bully. I got several txts threatening legal action against me if i didnt remove or change my review. I never stood for her bullying standover tactics.

Insanely disorganised, almost no contact/communication during entire process until court date. Unprofessional phone manner from office staff. Only positive - my appointed legal rep was straight to the point & did achieve a decent outcome.

Be careful leaving a bad review she will email you making threats of taking legal action no matter the situation whether good or bad it’s expected to have a good review otherwise an email will be sent threatening to be taken to court for bad review
