Despite Martin being friendly on our call, there were no concrete solutions that he could offer to tailor to our situation.

I left feeling more confused than before our chat.

Luckily, he said that he would be available to discuss things whenever I needed him right until we immigrated.

I have sent over 10 messages over WhatsApp and email, collectively, over a year-long period and have not received a single response.

I am now going to have to pay for another agent.

Very disappointed.

I couldn't rate Martin enough. If I could give more stars I would as he went above and beyond to help me with my visa and now I am officially PR thanks to him and his amazing work. Martin helped me when I thought I had no other options due to a previous migration agents stuff up with my visa which led to me being refused my 187. I then went to Martin and he knew exactly what to do and from then on he helped me with another visa application. He gave me everything I needed to do straight away and the communication was fantastic. Day or night he would reply to emails even before I paid for my visa to be done with them he still gave me advice on how he could help and options i had. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him . So I thank you Martin from the bottom of my heart and would recommend anyone needing an awesome migration agent to go to him. Not only does he do an amazing job, he is passionate and genuinely cares about your case unlike some who just rush through it and see you as just a money symbol to them.

I have reached this service through someone I trust. I scheduled an appointment and paid $150. Martin could not give me much insight about which ways I could follow, but was pro active to suggest a new conversation when new rules kick in after 15th of November of 2019. Believe me or not, I'm waiting, insisting and trying to reach this promise and I could not make it happen. Every phone call I would listen to an excuse, eventually Martin Sent me an email to try contact, I answered and then never had a reply. I'm tired and frustrated with the service. I'm asking for a refund since the arrangements was not fulfilled. UPTADE: They apologized by the delay and gonna refund me.
