My sisters and I were beneficiaries to my Uncle's Will, he died in February 2022.
I waited 8 months and never heard a thing from Morris, so I decided to initiate contact with them. My sister was more patient than I, and after not hearing from Morris for 10 months decided to initiate contact with them.
Felt like we were just being ignored and left in the dark.
My Uncle's Will couldn't be more straight forward.
No Application for Probate required, two bank accounts, some bills to pay, some shares to sell and the usual taxation clearance. Believe it or not, the Estate wasn't settled until December 2022 - approximately 10 months after his death.
Confidentiality not respected and correspondence not responded to in a timely manner. With communication like this it's not hard to see why it took 10 months to settle the Estate.
Finally, when the Estate was settled the names on the Distribution Statement were incorrect.
Significant improvement required Morris.

The Roy Morris Team are an absolute pleasure to work with!
As an extremely busy owners corporation manager, we are constantly liaising with conveyancers, and solicitors when properties go up for sale; and important information is required to get the sale across the line for the lot owner. With Roy Morris, nothing is ever too hard. It's great working with a team of people that have such a strong work ethic and who clearly love what they do for a living. A great local business that we could not recommend more!

Joseph was extremely helpful with helping certify my passport for me. He certified the passport, photocopied it and stamped and signed it. A special thank you also to the lovely receptionist who helped with this - she was extremely friendly when I walked in. I offered a payment and it was declined - this helped me immensely as police station was unoccupied.
