R&R Legal Advisors LLC was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I was selling a house from a distance and knew no real estate lawyers in the area. I was extremely pleased with their work. We were referred to R&R Legal by another attorney when we needed a personal performance contract tied into a real estate transaction.
Chris took the time to consult about our needs, develop a game plan, and estimate the legal fees associated with the project. It was a straightforward exchange that brought confidence that our deliverables would be satisfied.

Most importantly, R&R provided advice when we encountered a potential (turned real) environmental issue at the site of a purchase. When the brokers and agents pushed to dismiss the issue based on conjecture, R&R took the time to evaluate professional input from inspectors and contractors. Based on those evaluations we were able to decide what the floor of acceptance was for us. When terms couldn't be agreed upon, we were able to cleanly sever the contract in question. I can't stress enough that this advocacy was the only thing that kept us out of the way of potentially significant downstream (and undetermined) financial risk.
