I first contacted RSM Australia, hoping to receive advice and recommendations regarding my tax return. While the people working at RSM Australia are responsive, I had to find my own information on what deductions I can claim rather than my accountant advising me of it. In addition, this year they upped their fees and I was not informed of this until I received the invoice.

If you know what you want to claim and just want someone to fill in the paperwork, RSM Australia would be okay.
