I requested my tax return in the first week of July, and here we are, on November 14th—almost Christmas—and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. The entire delay has been caused by an error on their part, which only came to light after I followed up multiple times. Initially, I was told the delay was due to ATO backlogs, but later I discovered that the issue stemmed from incorrect information provided by their team, specifically an incorrect BSB number. Despite my efforts to get clarity and resolution, communication has been poor, and now I'm facing yet another month of waiting.
The error was on their side—the ATO has always had my correct BSB, but they provided the wrong one. What’s worse, I was lied to. They initially blamed the ATO for the mistake, claiming it was the ATO's fault. However, after I personally contacted the ATO, I discovered that the error was entirely on their end. It took my direct inquiry to uncover the truth, and even then, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. The dishonesty and lack of accountability are absolutely unacceptable.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m left feeling like my time and money have been wasted. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has been nothing short of disappointing. I could not recommend this service less—it's been terrible from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. The most incredible thing I still have to pay them for almost 6 months of waiting and the horrible service
