Sophie and Jenna made a lot of terrible outcomes I imagined for myself lessen. Easing my feeling of dread. I count my stars at how lucky I had them with me all the way. I would have been alone and overwhelmed, definitely with a harsh penalty.

Extremely poor service. I contacted them for assistance. I was handed over to a paralegal with the customer service skills of a dead parrot. She could not care less about what I had asked for assistance with and seemed confused that a client would have mental health issues. Felt the need to tell me her pronouns several times though "cause we're super into diversity didn't you know". Sure, love.

What a joke, very unprofessional. Took my brother on as a client to represent then decide they no longer will due to conflict of interest but send him a pdf file stating the above but can't give him a real reason behind it being a conflict of interest. Why say you'll represent someone then drop them without actual contact and a letter that doesn't state why it's a conflict of interest. Now my brother has no time to organise new legal respresentation. My brother has left multiple emails and calls with no response. You all should be ashamed and disgraced with yourselves!

I have rang up the mental health services for assistance due to my poor mental health.with a diagnosis of bpd.Asked for assistance for a criminal charge.I got a email back saying that couldn't help me due to being over capacited.And that I could find other services to help.Yet again let down buy the mental health services.

Avoid this place at all costs. You're better off representing yourself in court than dealing with a bunch of lawyers who have the ethics of sewer rats.

In my particular case, I had the misfortune of dealing with a lawyer by the name of Christie Waldek. This woman, as she was literally walking out the door to go on a week's Xmas/New Year's leave, fired off an email to me informing me that she was dumping me as a client. I kid you not!! It was an act of utter cowardice & unprofessionalism by a lawyer who has no morality and no sense of ethics. Furthermore, her 'reasons' for dumping me were based on a pack of blatant lies & falsehoods.

To reiterate: avoid this mob at all costs. All they're interested in doing is serving the interests of the courts (rather than the interests of their clients); by attempting to persuade you to plead guilty 100% of the time (irrespective of whether you're actually innocent of the charges against you).

Very helpful on issues like gaa but lack in non stigma clarity when you are accused of crime falsely. They do not seem to know accusations can be falsified so do not act in this when you need their help. Otherwise very professional.
