Absolutely horrendous experience. Susan Ruffin was hopeless in assisting our family. She handled our case with no respect and took forever to communicate. In the end we discontinued our relationship and engaged with another firm in Wonthaggi who were terrific.
I highly recommend you stay well away from this firm. Unfortunately to write a review one must give at least a one star rating. If I could I'd give negative 5 stars.

Rude and obnoxious. Still seems set in the same mind set of those from the 1950s which is where she should have been left herself. Susan does not have an understanding of children’s mental developments and that her decisions in 2022 can and will cause life long trauma.
