The day before NYE and they just finished up but I called for one quick job, which they did for us fitting us in last minute. They were amazing at removing our very heavy very large dining room table down our spiral staircase from the 1st floor and they made it look so easy! Not to mention the great price they gave us for this one job, not charging for hours of labour.
They were so helpful, on time and reliable even after they had just finished up for the year after a long day.
I am now moving home and have booked them for this move, as I know they will make this stressful task as stress free as possible.

These guys were amazing. Our settlement was delayed and it was no problem for the guys to wait till we could take possession and move in to our new place. They were very efficient and friendly. Very careful with moving boxes and furniture. Highly recommend.

We’ve moved dozens of times, but this move with Runaway Bay Removals, led by Brydon, was by far the most peaceful—despite being during the busy Christmas/New Year period. Brydon was incredibly responsive, providing pricing and availability quickly, and we booked them in for prepacking just after Christmas.

The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and got straight to work. Their attention to detail was impeccable, handling every item with the utmost care. I even had to tell them a few times not to worry about wrapping certain things because their process was thorough enough for an interstate move!

On moving day, two trucks and a full crew arrived promptly, and we were packed up within a few hours. No task was too big or small—they were efficient, professional, and friendly throughout. For the first time, I booked the team to help unpack, and it was a game-changer. By early afternoon, my daughters’ bedrooms were set up, and most of the kitchen was ready to go!

After past experiences with other removalists not even showing up on moving day, Brydon and his team were a breath of fresh air. One of the worst experiences to remember till this day. It’s been maybe 4 years since we used Runaway Bay Removals and I still remember how they filled up every single 6 hours to get the removal done. They took multiple smoke breaks and just sat down to drink and laugh while I’m anxiously waiting for one place to be wiped out. They were extremely uncaring and didn’t treat our furniture kindly, didn’t know how to take each bulky pieces of furniture out and made tons of scratches. Don’t use Runaway Bay Removals, and look elsewhere if you want your furniture unscathed and time.
