I can’t comment on their legal prowess as we didn’t get that far.
Booked an appointment and we’re ten minutes early.( as you do ) …found the door…went in..no one around. No bell to ring..so coughing and calling out didn’t produce anyone. Bang on time a young fella comes out and tells us so and so isn’t here but shouldn’t be long..we went and ordered coffee. Young fella rang to say so and so was back. We walked back to the office. Woman looked at us and went behind a sliding door. No communication at all. Eventually she comes back and says did we fill in some paperwork? What paperwork? We were not given any.
So she is scratching around looking for I assume the paperwork in the piles of dirty rubbish, assorted crud and old furniture. She disappeared back behind sliding door. Still hadn’t introduced herself. Hubby and I looked at each other, mutual agreement that this was unacceptable so when she returned we told her we had changed our minds and would go elsewhere. Still no communication.
So we left..never did find out their names.

Worse experience I have ever had with any service. Not only were they unprofessional they had children running around and very rude and made me feel like I was worthless like they were doing me a favour and i should be thankful while they charge me an atrocious amount of money.

Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star if i had the choice it would be -100. Disgraceful business.

Unprofessional and disgraceful law firm. First they overcharged client in 2004. Client sues and wins. These jokers appeal and lose again in 2017 (judge even says it was utter waste of resources). Negotiates settlement with client and doesn't pay up, gets taken to court by client again in 2020 - they lose again and are ordered to pay lump sum $380K.

Just google the case (Vizovitis v Ryan 2020) and read the summary!
