An incompetent, unprofessional and ridiculous business this is. Dealing with Stefan is like dealing with someone that has alzheimer's. Forgetting to submit and file documents. His practice gets provided documents that he requested and then he claims he never receives it. Says he doesnt have copies of documents that he copied and supplied to me. Continuously confuses my case with other cases while on the phone. Stating different names and details that have nothing to do with my case gave me absolutely no confidence that he could represent me. Not only will I be making this poor review but I’ll be lodging a formal complaint to the Victorian Legal Services Board Authority about this half case practice.
