Took the service few weeks ago after referring by my mortgage broker. Worth for zero rating. Just money eater and directly deduct more than 2330 AUD from my account even though agreed amount was 1500 AUD . Even A convincer can do a better job than them. Neither competent nor have the capabilities to handle client.

The worst experience I have met in my purchase!!!

I cannot believe that there are five stars here! Those comments are very against what I experienced!!!!

First of all, when I asked Sarah to review the contract/strata reports via emails, and she was not very responsive. I remembered that I asked her to review the strata report, and she did not even reviewed it till I asked my friend to give her a call.(Is it a bit weird?) It freaked me out since I was going to sign the contract at 5pm. She later said I should call her earlier. But I did give her assistant many calls on that day and left message to her as well. She just roughly explained the contract looks fine without providing any documents, which is a bit shocking! Note that she promised that she will get back to me two days ago and it turned out she forgot it. No matter what as a solicitor I think if you promised, you should keep your promise.

The worse thing is that till now (after settlement) I have not seen the breakdown sheet of the legal fees and the settlement adjustment sheet. The legal fees seem change very randomly! I found I have paid around 2000 dollars extra and I sent her an email asking why was it. After a whole day, I did not get any feedback. I did not even get the invoice of her service while having paid legal fees for the settlement.

Overall, the purchase was not a good experience at all.
