I was not happy at all. I was using them as I was going through a property settlement with my husband. I only found out when it had been finalised as he was the one who told me. I then rang safe conveyancing about 10.00am the next day as I still hadn’t heard from them to let them. What really shocked me is that they took it upon themselves to take the money out of my settlement to pay themselves. I hadn’t been given an invoice or bill. I didn’t even receive a phone call from them to let me know they had taken my money, as that was not the account it was going to be paid from. It wasn’t right as this was such a stressful time and I found this so unprofessional and rude.
