I sought professional advice and received frank, professional and informed advice in a situation where that advice minimized the estates exposure to legal fees. The word honorable comes to mind. At the end of the day, Steven is who you deal with, not the receptionists, so take a bigger picture view.....

Without informing me, Sartori was holding the title to my home after taking over my original solicitors titles, after finally tracking it down, I called the office to confirm they had recieved the request to release the title from my solicitor, and didn’t require any more information from me, before I could finish my first sentence, Jess spoke to me quiet aggressively stating she couldn’t speak to me about this matter and hung up. I called back where I spoke to another receptionist only to have Jess take over the call and hang up on me again.
In my opinion, a very negative experience with what should have been a simple 30 second straight forward phone call, that resulted in me being mystified how someone can wake up on a Friday morning and be absolutely putrid to a complete stranger at 9.15 in the morning. I’m sure this will result in a response from Jess herself defending her offensive phone manner and behaviour, but I would simply suggest you read the other reviews where Jess has shown the same behaviour to others, I would also suggest Jess get a job where she doesn’t need to interact with other humans, clearly not her strong point. Glad to have my title to my home back and never have to deal with Sartori again.

Sadly I have to agree with the negative reviews. Two women in the front office. One was professional, the other outright hostile. I'm not really surprised that they have issues, as she just pushes peoples' buttons.

After using other law firms in wangaratta and then finding Sartori legal it has been a breath of fresh air. Their firm witholds the upmost professional mannor and gets the job done 2nd to none. Jess was amazing to deal with she is a true asset to the firm, she put us at ease and had our matter delt with in a very timely manner. Steven Sartori's knowledge and abilities had us feeling like we where his most important client every time we stepped foot in his office doing the best he possibly could to make sure we where well looked after. We won't hesitate to recommend Sartori Legal to anyone whos looking for 5star professionalism with that you matter to us attitude.

Absolutely rude and arrogant.
When I attended your office I never was aggressive or rude. I am always respectful. You were the one that treated me like a low level person. You think you are better than people with no law degree but you are wrong we are all equal.
