Ordered pizza, online said it would be done at 7:13. I get there at 7:13, and they haven’t even started making the pizza. If it’s busy or there are a lot of orders I’d usually understand, but there is NO ONE waiting. The place is empty. Tried for first time, won’t be trying again.

The pizza is great, but they NEVER answer the phone! I don't want to wait 20 minutes at the counter for my pizza, nor do I want to swing by, go back home for ten minutes, then return for my pizza.
