Unfortunately I’ve had a similar negative experience. Martin misses important deadlines by going completely MIA. He has endless excuses for not getting the work done and will not refund you even after he says he will. He is unreliable, do yourself a favor and use ANYONE else. He will only add more stress to your situation. Then he will tell you how he wanted to remain friends because he really likes you. He is toxic. Please stay far away especially if you’re a woman.

Martin Hinds; Marty is a lying scammer! He must have an entire book of excuses as he is incapable of actually working.
DO NOT give this scammer a dime!
He wanted $1600. up front. I sent him $300. via PayPal to simply define a scope of work. He couldn't even accomplish a simple scope of work? He is utterly useless!
PayPay has a 28-day hold on his account? I have been with PayPal for nearly 20 years and have never heard of anything remotely similar?
I guess he has fun fighting chargebacks because he sure as hell can't produce even basic tasks!
Martin, YOU go to hell!

Martin helped me through a very difficult case. He went above and beyond to help me understand every thing about my case. The paperwork he helped me with the judge said was excellently done. Martin's an amazing person .because of him I'm getting full custody of my son which is so hard to get in wa. He took the time and it was personal to him . I consider Martin a friend. He went above and beyond for me ,I will always be grateful to him.

🚩 🚩 Be cautious! If you decide to hire Martin to help with your paperwork, I worked with him to help with temporary parenting plan paperwork and it’s been nothing but a headache, presented my situation to him and he gave me a quote and what paperwork to file, he ended up filling wrong paperwork after paying him $700 and would not accept it as his mistake, later advised me to file default since there was no response from the other party, another $130, okay! days later a court facilitator sent an email letting Martin know that paperwork was filled wrongly which led to a hearing being missed and case prematurely closed, Martin went ahead and asked for another $360 to get case reopened, out of desperation and wanting to get case reopened, I immediately sent Martin the sum via Cashapp, at this moment I realized it was wrong to send $360 to Martin, contacted Martin on the same week to see the way forward, he never responded to any of my calls nor texts knowing I might ask $360 back, later requested for a refund through Cashapp of which Martin rejected then later sent me a long email sounding upset that I had asked for a refund! Martin was convinced he should keep $360 even though he did not work for it! I had to threaten to sue Martin to get him to cooperate and account for the sum! Big lesson learnt, I know everyone is hurting financially from everything going on around the world but earning an honest living is important, especially for a business like Martins’

BUYER BEWARE!
Marty Hinds will take your money and say he wants to help you, but he will be too busy to actually get anything done. I paid over $500.00 up front, and Marty Hinds was always "BUSY-BUSY-BUSY" - too busy to call me back, too busy to take my call, to busy to do the work he agreed to help me with. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, he said his billable hours were used up reading documents I sent him regarding my matter. In the end, I got a few very weak irrelevant sentences, slapped onto some legal looking form, and some "coaching" emails from him, asking me questions that I was supposed to "think about" and use for completing the work I paid him to do. He told me that he "just decided to guide me through" doing the work myself. So I am out $580 with nothing to show for it but work I did myself.
