Aaron's notary act was rejected by Secretary of State because it is invalid. He corrected it afterwards but he charged me twice. He refused to admit that he made a mistake and was very arrogant during the discussion. I will caution anybody to be careful. If you just a need a notary for a bank, it may be ok. But if you need it to be apostilled or anything go to formal authority, double check and always keep the receipt in case.
