From the first contact,we were treated with respect and compassion. Clear explanations and every question answered.
Amazed that we were dealing direct with the Partners for most of our dealings, and backed up by efficient friendly Admin Staff.
Whilst not the largest firm offering services for Asbestos related issues, we found that our choice was backed up by professionalism, attention to detail and accurate and concise documents.
Our case (for Pleural Mesotheloima) commenced in March 2022 and was fully concluded by September 2022 with above estimated compensation settled very promptly.
Estimated legal costs were accurate from the beginning, and fully backed up on finalisation.
We were fully guided thru the entire process , paperwork, reports,evidence of activities and legal documents.Use of face time, phone and emails made the distance factor immaterial, ( we are in Regional Victoria ).
