Simply useless look for someone else, anyone else as you can't get worse than Suba. She simply shouldn't be working with people

I lost $4385 because Suba failed to inform me that I had 5 years, yes 5 years to claim the 50% stamp duty discount on the first property I bought after settlement and when I brought that to her attention she got very defensive like a kid at a kindergarten and claimed that I should've known that myself instead of owning up to her mistake, what am I paying you for?!
I called her office and they kept avoiding my questions and when I mentioned I was thinking about leaving a negative review they didn't like it at all

Suba is a pathetic example of a conveyancer and both she and her assistant Kamila have zero communication skills. She is one of those who depends heavily on their title and has nothing to show for her competence. This is only the tip of the iceberg and I am seriously considering lodging a formal complaint against them with the VLSBC

Seriously save yourself the money, time and the headache and go somewhere else. Let's see if she responds to this review

Worst Law Firm in Melbourne, dont ever hire these unprofessional people. Agent Suba working in this firm is very arrogant and cunning lady. Total waste of money and time.

If google would allow me to give zero, def i would have given. The lady with name suba bhiyamage, because of her i was stuck in sale from 7 months. Even though she was supposed to work on my behalf, she started working against me and made false allegations. Never trust these lawyers. Total time waste.
