My encounter with this company’s WA branch was nothing short of a disastrous nightmare. They don’t even deserve a single star! Despite charging higher fees than other companies, their service and customer support were abysmal.

The company deliberately delayed the service by providing false excuses. For instance, they claimed that the client was away when they weren’t, all in an attempt to charge extra for an emergency service. I submitted my divorce documents six weeks before the hearing to meet the 28-day deadline. However, there was no update on the service status after making the payment.
The service was finally effected after multiple emails and phone calls, but it was too late. To make the matter worse, I received an incorrect affidavit that was of no use. Their customer support was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they insulted, threatened, and even hung up on me.
As a result of their incompetence, my hearing was adjourned for five weeks. Their poor service, lack of support, and mismanagement caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Rather than rectifying their mistakes, they wanted me to waste my time finding a JP to sign an affidavit acknowledging that the service company was incompetence and incapable of doing its job properly while ripping you off.

This company’s behaviour is a disgrace. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and instead add insult to injury. If you want extra stress and frustration added to what you already have due to your hearing, submit a job with them!

I had a really good experience with Serve Now. It was quick and at reasonable price as comparative to the others. They are a trustworthy team.
