The woman who worked at the front door was not friendly and couldn't even smile. She was patronising to both the elderly woman in front of me and the elderly gentleman behind me too. Not a great start. Then they mixed my number up when I was called to the counter and instead of apologising and accepting responsibility, told me it was my fault. Another gentleman saw that they mixed it up as well and wasn't impressed with their conduct. They still proceeded to serve the person they had let jump the queue as well! What a shambles.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the service at the SA office regarding my Australian driving license application. An elderly lady at the service desk gave me a poor impression. When I inquired about the process, she asked for a visa and a bank statement. As I was checking my pockets for these documents, she abruptly left her desk, moved to a corner, and engaged in unrelated tasks.

Upon her return, her demeanor remained unprofessional. She repeatedly asked for a visa without specifying the type she required. Despite providing a digital print and a confirmation, she rejected both, without explaining why or checking the information through the system. This lack of clarity and professionalism was quite frustrating. If you want to change your overseas license go to service SA in City center the people know what they doing and I did not even change my driving license because they gave me more information which I should not change it it until my license expires or my partner visa expires.

I went on Saturday 2:19 pm… there were only three customers.. person who is serving on window 1 was continuously talking to customer on different things not related to service sa things…. Even though they have seen that i was waiting for my turn….please check camera if i am wrong….and they are getting saturday pay..

Visiting the office at not too busy time ending in a queue waiting for 35 minutes for the call. 4 clients waiting front of me hovewer only 3 counters operating. 11am and 1 client served for 45 minutes, another counter served 2 clients in 40 minutes the 3rd only 1 client when is my turn. I only got a question couldn't be answered at the ticketing station... at my turn also had to wait for someone else can answer my question... The supervisor came got no definitive answer. I however asked about the slow proceeding. Disrespectful lady supervisor told me that unfortunately some people reported sick... 7 counters 3 people working.... I have asked about the other people maybe took the lunch break? She went off. I don't think I had writing on my forehead being stupid neither I think I am... I'm just thinking 4 people reported sick on the same day, really? She looked did not bothered by it, she gets the same wage and people can wait is not it? Maybe can go out and help the workers or allocate some resources. What a leadership and what an attitude! Great example to the frontline workers... No wonder that there is no confidence and no respect for agencies like this. Taxpayer money for the service which does not exist! You reap what you seed!
Just wait another 2-3 years to see what is coming! Your welcome.

Despite of a huge number of clients on a Saturday midday, they were so organized and attended me shortly. I waited for max 15 mins in the queue.
I wanted to pay cash which was possible as well.
